Sonija Kwok wants to send daughter overseas
Her daughter is yet to turn one, but Sonija Kwok recently revealed that she is already planning to send her bundle of joy overseas to study.
As reported on Popular Asians website, at the promotional event for her new drama, "The Days of Days" at the shrine of Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees in Tai Po, the new mother was seen chatting endlessly and sharing parenting tips with actor Sunny Chan, both proud new parents.
The 38-year-old actress expressed that she may send her daughter to school overseas one day and may move with her daughter together if the need arises.
Asked if she would return to mainland China to film more dramas in the near future, Sonija, who also rose to popularity in mainland China through the drama, "Palace" in 2011, revealed, "I don't know yet, but if the price is attractive and I get to see my daughter more often, I will consider it."
Meanwhile, Sonija Kwok's comeback drama, "The Day of Days" is a comedy drama that briefly centres on the political elections of Guangzhou. The drama has set its premiere date to be 21 January, after the conclusion of the controversial legal drama, "Friendly Fire".
